Tracy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and lived there her entire life. After her divorce, she decided it was time to start fresh and moved to Florida. She didn't have much work experience as she was a stay at home wife, but thought a career in real estate would be interesting. She figured she didn't have anything to lose. Tracy received her real estate license and started making sales quickly.
Tracy decided she should open her own brokerage so she could teach new agents how to be successful and wanted to create a place where seasoned agents could truly be successful without a ton of restrictions. Tracy wanted to create a family and wanted her clients to feel like they were also apart of that.
