We provide a valuable service to our owners looking for property management. We have experience and have become truly knowledgeable in successfully managing homes.

Our management team provides potential clients with a free market analysis to ensure their home is priced right and provide general information about our services. In addition, we meet at the home to provide a more in-depth evaluation. Upon hire, we market your property and show the home to potential renters. We require each adult that will reside there to fill out an application. The application is detailed and we are thorough with the verification process to ensure a quality tenant is placed in your home.

We take before pictures of the exterior and interior of the home prior to a tenant moving in, we collect rent from tenants, pay invoices, makes sure owners are paid monthly and take pictures of the property once a tenant moves out. We do monthly drive by inspections to ensure the exterior of the home and the lawn is satisfactory. We do one in home inspection per year. We provide all inspection reports to our owners and arrange for repairs to be done by either the tenant or our trusted vendors. Our management team works hard to communicate with our owners, handles any questions or needs from tenants and utilizes the long list of vendors we use to assist with any repairs needed.

If a tenant fails to pay rent or breaches the contract, we will process all the paperwork needed to legally remove the tenant and regain possession
